LMA CareServices

The LMA CareServices Department focuses on ensuring that the library remains a welcoming, supportive, and student-friendly environment. CareServices works closely with library guests, students, and staff to provide assistance, answer questions, and help resolve any concerns related to library services.

CareServices officers help coordinate communication between visitors and LMA staff, support guest relations, and assist with maintaining a positive atmosphere within the library space. CareServices also helps promote the values of responsibility, kindness, and respect that guide the Library Monitor Association.

Through these efforts, the CareServices Department helps ensure that every library guest has a comfortable and supportive experience when using LMA library services.
