My name is Safwana Sihabudeen, as a Head Library Monitor in Amity and an LMA Enrollment Officer, I have the opportunity to work closely with students and support the day-to-day activities of our library. My role involves guiding library monitors, helping organize library operations, and welcoming new members who wish to join the Library Monitor Association. Working with the LMA offers students a meaningful opportunity to take part in their school community. By assisting with tasks such as organizing books, helping other students find resources, and supporting the library system, members gain practical experience while contributing to a positive learning environment. Participation in the Library Monitor Association is also a valuable addition to a student's CV. It reflects responsibility, teamwork, leadership, and reliability. Experiences like these show initiative and commitment, qualities that many universities appreciate when reviewing applications.
