A warm welcome to the Library Monitor Association. My name is Adric Hamel, Co-Founder and Acting Head of Administration for the LMA. The Library Monitor Association (LMA) is a student-founded and student-led school library team and club that supports and operates school libraries while improving accessibility, organization, and service quality for students and staff. We work with several British-international schools in Oman, tailoring our services to meet each schools needs. Our initiatives include student leadership programs and the LMA GCLMO Certification in Library Operations, providing practical experience in library management. Today, the LMA supports over 40 staff members across 8 school libraries.
