Step Three:

Now that you have all your documents ready and beside you, please download the Editable PDF Application Form.

Download the PDF file and open it in a PDF viewer, perferrably Adobe Acrobat

Ensure you fill in ALL datafeilds correctly and accurately. Inaccurate data will delay your application process and may cause it to loose its validity

Once you are complete, select the save icon or the "Export" button, ensure that you select "With my Changes" or "Save with my Edits"

Make sure you remember where you have saved your file, as you will need to access it later on

Do not forget to return here after filling in the PDF form
